Aurora Sol operates private captained harbor cruises in Marina del Rey, California. This policy explains what information we collect through www.aurora-sol.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, cruise date and time, package, number of guests and any special requests.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form, including how you prefer to be contacted.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, schedule and operate your cruise, and to send your booking confirmation and receipt.
• To add your reservation to our private Google Calendar so the captain and crew know when you are sailing.
• To answer your questions and, if you started a booking and asked us to, to remind you about finishing it.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and improve our service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: Stripe (payments), Google (email, calendar and analytics) and our website host. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Google account data

Our website connects to Aurora Sol's own Google Calendar to record reservations. It does not access any visitor's Google account. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed to provide the cruise and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as useful to answer you.

Your choices

• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Bookings must be made by an adult.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
